Promotional Pens - Do We Need Pens If the Modern Office is Really Paperless?
Business is 24 hours 7 days a week whether your work hours or office hours are 9am to 5pm or not. For the successful business a continuation of marketing that works even when the office is shut, is what makes them thrive in the competitive world of generating sales or the like.
There are many effective measures that can be put in place to ensure your business is working even when you or your employees are not, not many of these measures are as effective as good advertising.
Advertising can be the mainstay of a business, and good advertising can make a business thrive. It is not just the glorious world of television adverts that work best, often the smaller gimmicks are the things that grab a potential customer's attention to a company.
The mind of the average customer is one that always likes something for free, we have all seen the keychains with a company's contact details on them or the toys that come free with a fast food happy meal - also emblazoned with company logos. These items are also promotional items and they certainly get the message across that they intend, our kids or even we will want to get a full set of fast food toys from the latest movie. We will even call the number of the company on our keychain if we require pizza or a taxi.
Now how many of us have been in need of a pen but do not have one to hand when one is called upon?
How many of us have walked into the Bookmakers to grab one of those tiny free promotional pens with the company logo across the top?
How many of us have actually wandered back into the Bookmakers after using the promotional pen to write down a phone number and placed a quick flutter on a racehorse that caught our eye?
Printed pens are a great way to get your advertising message across; they come in all shapes and sizes and can be customised to look like a company logo or designed to have specific graphics and text.
The humble customised pens go far beyond what is known as the paperless office, they always find themselves outside the company building and into the public.
Promotional pens always have a habit of making their way into the waiting room or to the office reception area on a table alongside the countless magazines, waiting to be picked up to fill out a crossword puzzle or end up in a handbag.
One funny thing about the promotional pens that are situated in an office reception area or similar, is its ability to disappear - when this happens the pens promotional aspect has seemingly worked, and guess who's telephone number will be called by the perpetrator in the event a new dentist, doctor or lawyers appointment needs to be scheduled for example.
Promotional pens have no real limits when it comes to what, who or why an advertising promotion is needed, they can be made in their hundreds or thousands giving your company a voice even when you are not at the desk.
