Yes, psychic abilities can be developed. And yes....some people are more naturally "gifted" than others. But in the famous, underground and clandestine "Operation Stargate" experiments (the basis for the current movie the "Men Who Stare at Goats") the C.I.A. trained "ordinary" soldiers to become psychic spies, many of whom have now gone onto careers TEACHING psychic abilities and "remote viewing" to ordinary people like you and me.

(interestingly....the "star" pupil of these experiments, Indigo Swann, was a well known psychic BEFORE he began participating in the program, and the things he was able to do, with training....were truly mind blowing spectacular and still to this day....are impossible to explain as sheer luck or coincidence)
